Megan Auchincloss founded MA Admissions Consulting with a clear focus: helping students earn a place at a college where they will thrive.
She spent over 10 years in university admissions at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she evaluated applications and made decisions at a highly selective institution. This experience provided a direct understanding of what distinguishes strong applicants and how academic performance, extracurriculars, and personal narrative come together to form a compelling application.
Megan earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Duke University and her law degree from University of Michigan Law School. She began her career as an attorney before transitioning into admissions.
In addition to her professional experience, Megan brings a personal perspective as a parent. Guiding her own children through the admissions process reinforced that this journey is about more than grades and test scores. It is about clarity, confidence, and finding the right fit.

Megan resides in Atlanta with her husband, three children, and four dogs.
